INVITATION TO BID
1. The Province of Cebu, through the General Fund-Proper intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Eight Hundred Forty-Five Thousand Pesos (Php7, 845, 000.00) only being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery & Commissioning of 3-units Self-Propelled Track Type Corn Combine Harvester with Cord Header as Machinery Support for the Sugbo Maisan Program of the Province of Cebu, under Advertisement No. 25-014. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Province of Cebu through its Bids and Awards Committee now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Twenty Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
