Description
The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Acquisition Management Division intends to negotiate with Keysight Technologies located in Colorado Springs, CO on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b), soliciting from a single source, for Keysight Advanced Design System (ADS) Software Maintenance Agreement (SMA). The maintenance support required for this software needs to be compatible with the software used at these foundries.
