First: that the Dr. Alfonso Asenjo Neurosurgery Institute, belongs to the Network of Public Health Establishments and that since 2010 it has the quality of self -managed establishment in Network; second: that the Neurosurgery Institute needs the acquisition in the supply of supplies forThe Neuropathology Laboratory Unit, in order to be able to properly meet the care demand that has legally entrusted to the establishment; third: which corresponds to ensure the transparency of this process and know the prevailing supply conditions in themarket under the modality of public tender in the public purchasing and contracting system established in Law No. 19, 886 and its regulations; Fourth: that the absence of Marcos Agreements signed by the Directorate of Purchases and Public Procurement, in the Catalog of Goods andServices offered in the Public Market Information System, for the purpose of these bidding bases; fifth: that it has been estimated that the bidding process will be regulated by these bases, according to budgetary estimates, will not exceed 1, 000 UTM, as a total expenditure, including the taxes that must be applied in this regard; Sixth: that because it is simple and objective services or services, the circumstances indicated in article 46 of Decree 661 of the Ministry of Finance that set the Regulation of Law No. 19, 886, therefore thepresen...
