The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms (the “Offeror” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and proposals will be received via the City-s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement (https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva), to be received no later than Proposal Submission Date at Proposal Submission Time (local prevailing time).The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals to provide administration of the group dental and group vison plans for eligible active employees, dependents, COBRA continuants and pre-65 retirees (participants) of the City of Newport News, hereinafter referred to as the City. All proposals shall be provided net of broker commissions. The City reserves the right to award to a single firm or multiple firms.The City will consider awarding the components of this RFP independently.
