Manages day-to-day operations, calendars, emails, and documentation. Supports travel, meetings, communications, and stakeholder engagement. Maintains databases, tracks metrics, and ensures document quality.2. Metrics Analyst
Tracks and analyzes engagement across platforms. Evaluates communication effectiveness and provides strategic insights. Prepares performance reports and dashboards to inform decision-making.II. Strategic Communications
1. Strategic Communications
Develops and refines communication strategies aligned with NSF goals. Supports integration of digital, multimedia, and written materials. Uses audience feedback to improve campaigns.III. Event Support
1. Events Coordinator
Manages logistics for NSF meetings, conferences, and exhibits. Supports event design, execution, and vendor coordination. Ensures compliance with accessibility standards; some travel required.2. Event Planning & Management
Plans and manages high-profile and quick-turnaround events. Coordinates venue logistics, signage, security, catering, etc.3. Speaker & RSVP Management
