Description of the benefit: The object of the contract It is the preventive and corrective maintenance service of the heating and hot water systems existing in the buildings of the Social and Senior Citizens' Services and the Municipal Institute of Personal Services (IMSP) in Badalona, in order to fulfill RITE (Regulation Thermal Installations) With regard to the obligation to carry out various maintenance work on boiler systems, accumulators and heaters, solar panels and radiant soil. Therefore, it is considered to carry out preventive maintenance and another of corrective, in the terms of the specifications of prescriptions Techniques.The part of preventive maintenance includes the "start -up" protocol, specific to gas appliances (boilers and heaters), which includes analyzing the combustion gases of the appliances and also the checking work on the tightness of the facilities that use gas from gas Fuel.This works will be carried out in the heating systems existing in the buildings of the Social Services and Elderly Services Area of the Badalona City Council and in the buildings of their own the IMSP.
