Providing services involving the administration of premises owned by the Olkusz Commune and located in the properties of housing communities, including:
1) 648 residential premises and premises intended for social rent with a total usable area of 26, 358.85 m2.
2) 4 garages with a total usable area of 233.32 m2.
3) Throughout the duration of the contract, the contractor will run at least two tenant service offices with cash points enabling the receipt of receivables from residents due to: rent payments, advance payments for fees independent of the owner, fees for non-contractual use of the premises, interest on late payments, housing deposits, fees for municipal waste management.
