sealed tenders marked "administration building - canopy addition - red pine sanitary
landfill, project no. 001-16-4-b" will be received by the chaleur regional service
commission until 2:00 p.m. (local time) on monday, july 4, 2016, at 1300 route 360,

each tender must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 10% of the total
tender
price, payable to the chaleur regional service commission. the successful tenderer
will
have to submit to the owner, at the time of the contract execution, a performance
bond and
a labour and material payment bond, each equal to fifty percent of the contract
amount.
the latest revision and amendments of the "tendering regulations" of the crown construction
contract act (82-109), as amended, shall apply to this contract.

which will
be non-refundable. these documents can be procured at the head office of roy consultants
located at 548 king avenue, bathurst, nb.
the chaleur regional service commission reserves the right to accept or reject
any or all
tenders.
