The preliminary decision recommends authorizing a Restricted Use Authorization (RUA) for a term of 5 years, providing landowner authorization for the construction, use, and maintenance of a landfill. Additionally, DMLW proposes to consent to leaving three previously unauthorized solid waste landfills in place. The public is invited to comment on this preliminary decision. Written comments must be received by DNR no later than 5:00 p.m. on Monday, July 7, 2025.
