1.1. Construction of a sanitary and cloakroom connection between the existing school building and a facility with a multi-purpose sports field. Basic parameters and data regarding the designed sanitary facilities: Width of the front elevation 10.19 m Depth (length of the side elevation) 17.55 m Building height 5.55 m above sea level. Gross volume 696.0 m Roof form: gable roof Roof covering material: layered 1.2. During the execution of the subject of the order, the Contractor will be obliged to cooperate with another Contractor working on the same construction site at principle subordinated to the current construction manager. The Ordering Party informs that it has one open construction permit (and one log) for the task titled Construction of a multi-purpose sports field with a roof at the Primary School in Gocieszowice hall. The contractor undertakes to establish the rules of cooperation with the current construction manager (including remuneration) and the contractor of the main hall, including the preparation of acceptance documents necessary to obtain an occupancy permit for their own works. In addition the ordering party informs that the hall facility under construction has one common wall with the sanitary and cloakroom connection facility...
