Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-contractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 (five) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal.b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Sub-contractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least one contract of 3-storied RCC building with 4-storied foundation successfully completed within the last 5(five) years with a value of at least Tk. 40.00 Lakh (Tk Forty lakh); Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal. c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 45.00 lakh (Tk Forty Five lakh). over the last 5 (five) financial years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal. Payment Certificates must be submitted along with the tender in support construction turnover.d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) shall be Tk. 30.00 lakh (Tk Thirty lakh).
