The contract period for the procurement is 1.1.2027-30.06.2029. DESCRIPTION OF THE ORDERING PROCUREMENT: Students will primarily be provided with transport using existing public transport connections, taking into account the students' reading order and if there is space on the route in question. If there is no suitable route or there is no space in the student transport that runs the route, the city of Lappeenranta will arrange transport for the student using this framework agreement. During the contract period, transport orders are made by requesting offers for each individual transport from each Carrier included in the framework contract. The time it takes to submit a request for a quote depends on how quickly the transport is needed. Offers are primarily requested by e-mail, describing, among other things, the object and date of acquisition. If the e-mail request does not produce results, the Customer requests the offers secondarily by telephone. The subscriber chooses the Carrier whose offer is the cheapest. The Subscriber can also, if he wishes, place an order with the Carrier that best meets the Subscriber's needs.
