ADDITIONAL SOLAR STREET LIGHTS (PHASE III)
1. The Barangay Government Unit of Quirino District, Padada, Davao Del Sur through the 20 per cent development fund for Calendar Year 2025 continuing allotment. Intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (Php 250, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the project; Additional Solar Street Lights ( Phase III) . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected.
2. The Barangay Government of Quirino District, Padada, Del Sur through its Barangay Bids and Awards Committee now invites bids for the project; Additional Solar Street Lights ( Phase III). Delivery of the Goods is required within 45 calendar days from the issuance of Notice to Proceed.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184 and RA 12009, ...
