Description : INVITATION FOR NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT
The City Government of Valencia intends to negotiate the ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTION SUPPLY ASSISTANCE FOR HOUSES TOTALLY DAMAGED BY THE FLASH FLOOD, with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of FOURTEEN MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (₱14, 850, 000.00).
The project will be procured through Negotiated Procurement (Two Failed Biddings), an Alternative Method of Procurement, in accordance with Section 35.1 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009.
