1. The Local Government Unit of Gingoog City, through the budget 20% CDF 2026 for the contract approved by the Sangguniang Panlungsod, intends to apply the sum Five Million Nine Hundred Thirty-Five Thousand Thirty-Five Pesos and 42/100 only (PHP 5, 935, 035.42) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under contract reference number 2026-INFRA-029. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Gingoog City now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
