1) The Local Government Unit of Gingoog City, through the SP RESOLUTION NO. 2026-153 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Seven Thousand Two Hundred Thirty Pesos and 64/100 only (PHP 2, 997, 230.64) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract reference number 2026-INFRA-041. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Gingoog City now invites bids for the above Procurement Project Completion of the Works is required 90 C.D.
