The subject of the request for tenders is an approximately 180 brm2 located in the yard of the existing daycare property separate outbuilding. The building is implemented as a technical KVR contract according to the architectural drawings, where the contractor is responsible for the design of the building according to the architectural plans and HVAC and electrical design instructions provided with the request for tender and implementation.
