Tender Details

The subject of the awarded public contract (hereinafter referred to as the "public contract") is the extension of the pavilions of the elementary school Fryčovická 462, Prague 9 - Letňany. The client defined the subject of performance according to § 92, paragraph 2 of the ZZVZ, performance and function requirements, i.e. the design and build system (design & build). The main subject of the public contract is, in the sense of § 15 ZZVZ, construction works, or implementation of all construction works and activities for the execution and proper completion of the above-mentioned construction. It is a construction project delivery method that is characterized by the fact that the responsibility for the processing of the project documentation and for the overall quality of the work is transferred to the construction contractor. The fact that the order is entered in the so-called "design and build" mode means that the selected contractor will process the project documentation for planning permission for construction, along with ensuring the issuance of all necessary public and other permits, consents, opinions, statements, etc. incl. planning permission for the Building, further processes the project documentation for the implementation of the construction incl. of the awarded itemized list of works with a statement of dimensions (itemized budget), will also provide construction works, supplies and services for the purpose of building the construction work, or all construction work and activities for the execution and proper completion of the construction and finally ensure issuance of a valid approval decision for the Construction and prepares documentation of the actual execution of the construction.
