The subject of the proceedings is the preparation of an addendum to the hydrogeological documentation of the Kowala Mała deposit, taking into account water inflows at the levels indicated in the inquiry below the floor. The task includes the development of documents based on archival data and obtaining an approval decision from the competent geological administration authority.1. Subject of the Order The detailed scope of work includes: Preparation of an addition to the hydrogeological documentation in connection with the planned deepening of the border of the Kowala Mała deposit to ordinate 150. Detailed analysis and reference to water inflows at all individual levels below, i.e.: VIII level - ordinate 187VIII level - ordinate 174IX level - ordinate 162X level - ordinate 150 Preparation of documentation based on existing data archival (no requirement to conduct new field measurements). Full administrative processing, including formal submission of documentation to the marshal's office and obtaining a final decision approving the addition to the documentation.2. Conditions Order implementation. Completion date: by December 31, 2026. Place of implementation: Working with the use of archival data and representing the Ordering Party before administrative bodies (Marshal's office).3.
