Tender Details

Part I - reconstruction and expansion of the building of Primary School No. 1 in Posko together with land development. The order will be carried out in the design and build mode in two stages: 1) Stage I - design: includes the development of design documentation and cost estimate together with obtaining the final decision on the building permit.2) Stage II - build: includes the implementation of construction works, based on the obtained decision on the building permit and approved design documentation. Stage I DESIGN Within the stage The Contractor's responsibilities will include: 1) preparation of the concept, 2) preparation of design documentation based on functional and utility programs, 3) preparation of detailed technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, 4) preparation of bills of quantities works and investor cost estimates, 5) ensuring author's supervision, 6) obtaining all conditions, opinions, arrangements, permits and decisions required to implement the designed project, 7) obtaining, on behalf of the Ordering Party, the final decision on building permit.
