Tender Details

A detailed description of the subject of the order is described in the technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works, bill of quantities and expert opinions (Appendix No. A to SWZ). The contractor will provide at least 36 months warranty for the works performed and installed by him devices [Appendix No. A to SWZ]. The warranty period in months is one of the criteria for evaluating the offers. The answers provided by the Ordering Party to the questions submitted by the Contractors should be included in the offer price. The ordering party allows equivalent solutions described in SWZ. In cases where the description of the subject of the order indicates trademarks, patents, origin, source or specific process characterizing specific products or services, this means that the Ordering Party cannot describe the subject of the order using sufficiently precise and justified by the specific nature of the subject of the order. In such situations, any references to trademarks, patents, origin, source or specific process should be read with or equivalent words. The Ordering Party reserves, e all possibly given in the SWZ or another document integral with the SWZ, proper names of materials (products) are not included...
