STUDY/MANUFACTURING/DELIVERY OF NEW “SAFETY BRAKES” FOR FLOOD EVACUATORS MANEUVERING WINCHES RIGHT BANK The purpose of the Contract is to: - Carry out design studies and associated plans for the new oil-hydraulic “SAFETY BRAKES” for the EVCRD valve operating winches based on the technical specifications given - write a plan Quality Assurance - manufacture / test in the factory / deliver to an integrator / attend empty workshop tests / attend on-site tests under load, of the brakes of the 3 new EVCRD operating devices - provide and equip with accessories and factory sensors - provide a set of spare parts and consumables - provide up-to-date plans as built, reports, minutes, administrative and technical documents (PAQ) for manufacturing and testing in an end-of-business file - provide a guarantee and ensure its continuity between the different testing phases These brakes are designed and manufactured to be equipped on maneuvering skids themselves intended to control the safety devices of a hydroelectric dam, in 2 phases: during the 1st phase of the project between May 2026 and November 2027: replacement of the operating devices on the Right Bank Flood Evacuator valve n°3 (EVCRD3) Supply the pair of brakes of the tra...
