STUDY/MANUFACTURING/DELIVERY OF NEW REDUCERS FOR OPERATING WINCHES OF SHORE FLOOD EVACUATORS RIGHT The purpose of the Contract is to: - Carry out design studies and associated plans for reducers based on the technical specifications given - write a quality assurance plan - manufacture / test in the factory / deliver to an integrator / attend empty workshop tests / attend on-site tests under load, of the reduction gears of the 3 new EVCRD operating devices - supply and equip with factory accessories and sensors - provide a set of spare parts and consumables - provide plans up to date as built, reports, minutes, administrative and technical documents (PAQ) of manufacturing and testing in an end-of-business file - provide a guarantee and ensure its continuity between the different testing phases These reducers are designed and manufactured to be equipped on operating skids themselves intended to control the safety devices of a hydroelectric dam, in 2 phases: during the 1st phase of the project between May 2026 and November 2027: replacement of operating devices on the Right Bank Flood Evacuator valve n°3 (EVCRD3) Supply the reducer of the firm tranche (between July 2026 and March 2027): -Studies, plans and PAQ - Factory manufacturing - Try...
