The subject of the order is the performance of adaptation works in the rooms of the Daily Psychiatric Ward 6D of the Provincial Hospital for the Neurological and Mentally Ill in Bolesawiec, including attic adaptations. The task will be carried out with financial support Local Government of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship. The subject of the order will be performed on the basis of: a) the requirements contained in the description of the subject of the order - Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ; b) the contract, the draft provisions of which are included in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ.
