The subject of the order is adaptation works related to adaptation to people with disabilities in the School Complex in Janków Dolny. renovation works will consist in performing the following works: - dismantling existing carpets, - concrete screed and self-leveling - installation of new carpets - waste disposal The scope of the order includes the dismantling of existing carpets and the installation of new ones with plinths in rooms with the following areas: 42.20 m2 + 42.20 m2 + 43.10 m2 = 127.50 m2cooking: 25.0 m + 25.0 m + 25.0 mb = 75 mb The scope of the order does not apply to the surface of the stairs. As part of the execution of the order, the contractor is obliged to apply environmental and social aspects, including: minimizing the level of pollutant emissions, noise, water consumption and electricity, removal from the construction site of all waste and packaging generated during the execution of the works and their disposal. The existing trees should be preserved as much as possible. Moreover, the Contractor is obliged to incorporate the resulting material demolition in consultation with the Ordering Party.
