Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is adaptation works at Kindergarten No. 2. Maria Konopnicka in Wgrowiec in terms of ensuring accessibility in the facility in the scope of: renovation of the bathroom and toilets adapted to the needs of children with physical disabilities, creation of a wall soundproofing to the speech therapist's office, installation of a ramp for disabled people at the rear entrance to the building, renovation of pedestrian routes around the kindergarten, paving and marking, marking of roads for blind and visually impaired people, replacement of floor panels in two rooms, as well as marking the parking lot for disabled people (development and introduction of permanent traffic organization). The facility is located within the historic urban layout of the town of Wgrowiec, entered into the register of monuments no. 436/Wlkp/A of December 12, 2006. The detailed scope and description of the subject of the order, including the required quantities, are included in Annex No. 10 to the SWZ Technical Documentation.2. During the execution of the order, the contractor is obliged to take into account both social and environmental aspects and use technology limiting the negative impact on the environment, the level of pollutant emissions, noise, water consumption, electricity, etc.
