The scope of the order includes in particular the delivery, assembly and setting of office equipment as well as the performance of renovation, finishing and installation works to the necessary extent, in accordance with the design documentation, Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works and other order documents constituting Annex No. 9 to the SWZ. The supplied equipment must be brand new, unused, of full value, complete, free from physical and legal defects and in accordance with the requirements specified in the order documentation. The offered equipment must meet the requirements arising from applicable legal provisions and have the required declarations of conformity, certificates, approvals, operating instructions, warranty cards and other documents required by law or order documentation.
