Tender Details

The scope of the order includes construction works taking into account current construction and sanitary standards, including: 1) construction industry - adaptation of rooms and staircase to fire protection regulations: a) separation of the staircase (partition walls in the REI 60 class, fire protection doors); b) division of corridors into I, 2nd and 3rd floors (partition walls in the REI 60 class, fire protection doors);c) installation of fire protection doors on the ground floor;d) replacement of windows with fire-resistant ones in the connector on the south side and on the ground floor near the staircases;e) replacement of entrance doors (2 pcs.) in the western facade with doors that meet evacuation requirements;f) replacement of windows in the lower part of the staircases on the western facade of the building, constituting an element of the staircase smoke removal system;g) painting works (staircase, partition walls, plasterboard construction, vestibule);h) addition of a vestibule with a connection on the south side.2) telecommunications industry - smoke removal from the staircase: a) installation of a linear temperature detector with wiring; b) installation of an addressable fire buffer power supply; c) installation of buttons (smoke exhaust, manual ventilation button, interrupt button and elements control and control...
