The subject of the order is the reconstruction and expansion, together with the change of use from a pharmacy to a library, of part of a public utility building - multi-functional in Brzoza at ul. Przemysowa 1b, as part of the investment project titled Adaptation of rooms in a multi-purpose building in Brzoza. As part of the planned construction project, a new functional and utility layout of this part of the facility will be created. The scope of the order includes the following construction works: 1) basement: dismantling of stair railings, blocking the internal stairs with rubble and building a wall separating the basement corridor from the above-mentioned ones. stairs, construction of a new door opening and installation of internal door joinery, 2) ground floor: a) carving wooden door frames from the wall, forging ceramic tiles, scraping and washing off old paint from the walls, tearing off carpets, b) partial demolition of existing walls, construction of new aerated concrete partitions related to the separation of the designed functional and utility system: library room, toilet for men and for women adapted for use by disabled people, social facilities, c) construction of a new ceiling in the staircase...
