1. The subject of the order includes comprehensive execution of construction works, including the reconstruction of the administrative and office building of the District Office in Tomaszów Mazowiecki in the scope of one of the rooms, along with changes in its use from functions an auxiliary room (with an area of ​​79.05 m2) for the company archives and a technical room, as well as bricking up the door opening of the external door and eliminating the external stairs located on the western façade, leading to the subject rooms. The Starosty building is located in Tomaszów Mazowiecki at ul. w. Antoniego 41 (plot no. 25/2, district 13, Municipality of Tomaszw Mazowiecki). The subject of the order includes in particular: replacement of the existing floor with a new one, in which guide rails for sliding shelves will be sunk, brick fillings after dismantling the existing doors, removing external stairs, sealing the existing linear drainage inlet, building partition walls, installing mesh partitions, equipping the archive with regay.
