5.1. The subject of the order is the implementation of a task called: Adaptation of Opoczno to climate change, small blue green infrastructure accessible to everyone.5.2. The subject of the order are construction works consisting in the management of rainwater and increasing biodiversity through the construction of blue green infrastructure elements on the premises of a public utility building at ul. Kopernika 3 on the plot with registration number 441/6, district 12, Opoczno city. 5.3. The scope of work covered by the subject of the order includes: in particular: 1) construction of rain gardens with hydrophytic plantings, 2) replacement of impervious surface with a permeable surface, 3) construction of a dry stream connecting rain gardens, 4) installation of a tank for planting aquatic plants, 5) construction and assembly information board.5.4. The detailed scope and method of execution of the subject of the order are specified in: 1) technical documentation, constituting - Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, 2) specification of the technical execution and acceptance of construction works (STW and ORB), constituting - Annex No. 2 to SWZ, 3) auxiliary bill of quantities for works - Appendix No. 3 to SWZ.
