The subject of the order is the performance of construction and assembly works consisting in the reconstruction and adaptation of the rooms of the Computed Tomography laboratory, located in building B (1st floor) of the Masovian Provincial Hospital. w. John Paul II in Siedlce at ul. Poniatowskiego 26 in Siedlce, in order to install and launch a new computed tomography device. Detailed requirements for the execution of the order include: Appendix No. 2 to SWZ Description of the item Orders with requirements, Appendix No. 2a Installation guidelines to the CT scanner, Annex No. 2b, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, and Annex No. 3, detailed design, Structure with drawings showing the projections of the rooms, design provisions of the contract, Annex No. 4 to the SWZ.
