1. The subject of the order is to adapt the facility of the WUW Branch Office in Piła to connect reserve power supply, together with the construction of the necessary technical infrastructure in the design and build formula.2. The scope of the order includes in particular: Stage I: 1) part projects: a) development of conceptual assumptions; b) obtaining approval of the concept by the Ordering Party; c) preparation of design documentation; d) obtaining approval by the Ordering Party of design documentation prepared by the Contractor; e) obtaining, in behalf of the Ordering Party and on the basis of the granted power of attorney, all maps (if obtaining them proves necessary to perform the subject of the order), conditions, arrangements, opinions and administrative decisions necessary to perform the task, along with preparation of documents required to obtain them; 2) implementation part: a) performance of construction works covered by the design documentation prepared by the Contractor and approved by the Ordering Party, together with all arrangements, conditions, opinions, decisions administrative and other documents specified in section 2 point 1 letter e, Stage II including the implementation part in the scope of: b) transport and assembly of the unit...
