The subject of the order is the execution of construction works for the investment project Adaptation of the existing greenery development in the form of open meadows with educational elements on some of the plots no. 2090/2, 2000/3, 2109/1, 2109/2, 2110/1, 2110/2, 2091/9 at ul. urawiaj in Biaja Podlaska.2. CPV (Common Vocabulary Zamwie):45000000-7 Construction works3. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. It consists of the following documents: 1) description of the subject of the order with the scope of work; 2) design documentation.4. The contractor will be obliged to provide a quality guarantee and warranty for defects on the subject of the order for a period of not less than 36 months*, counting from the date of signing the final acceptance protocol. Note: The offered warranty period for defects cannot be shorter than the offered warranty period. The contractor may propose one of the following warranty and warranty periods for defects for completed construction works, i.e. 36 months, 48 ​​months or 60 months.
