The chambers will be intended for storing plant material requiring controlled temperature conditions in the range of +2C to +4C. The order includes the development of a complete, working and ready-to-use solution, including the development of design documentation, obtaining the required agreements and decisions, execution of construction and assembly works, delivery and installation of equipment, commissioning, tests, training and submission of as-built documentation. The scope of the order includes at least: preparation of a technical, dimensional and industry inventory of rooms and installations interfering with the scope of works; development of complete design documentation incl all required industries, to the extent enabling the legal implementation and use of the project; obtaining the required agreements, opinions, reports, decisions and permits on behalf of the Ordering Party, including a building permit or reporting the works, if any required; execution of demolition, dismantling, construction, insulation, assembly, installation, electrical works...
