Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the adaptation of an existing building in order to adapt it to the function of a warehouse, meeting current sanitary, hygienic, fire protection and construction requirements, in accordance with applicable law. Construction works will consist of: on the construction and protection of floors, making wall coverings from materials approved for indirect contact with food, replacing windows and doors, rebuilding partition walls to separate storage areas and installing installations electricity. 2. The contractor will provide no less than a 36-month warranty and warranty for defects for the completed construction work from the date of receipt of the final subject of the order.3.
