Tender Details

1. Renovation and adaptation of the toilet on the ground floor and part of the adjacent corridor to the needs of people with disabilities: 1) disassembly of: toilet equipment, door leaves with the removal of door frames, removal of ventilation grilles, removal of wall and floor coverings (tiles and terracotta), demolition of partition walls and removal of remaining finishing layers, 2) replacement of electrical and lighting installations, 3) installation of the living room installation, 4) construction of underground water and sewage installations, 5) construction and installation of the grille sewage, 6) construction of casing for sanitary sewage risers, 7) repair and leveling of surfaces and priming, 8) construction of an intake point, 9) construction of a partition wall, 10) execution of waterproof and moisture-proof insulation, plasters on walls and screeds self-leveling floors in the toilet room and part of the corridor on the newly constructed wall, 11) installation of undercut door leaves together with door frames, 12) laying of the floor surface and plinths, consisting in the creation of anti-slip stoneware surfaces floor (min. R11) with contrasting markings of darker horizontal stripes around the perimeter of the walls and darker baseboards...
