The subject of this order is a service consisting in adaptation to climate change through the development of green and blue infrastructure in the surroundings. hospital. The subject of the order includes comprehensive land development, including: replacement of surfaces, earthworks, renovation of the fire tank, installation of small architecture, replacement of lighting poles and construction and maintenance of greenery through flower beds, lawns, flower meadows and rain gardens. The ultimate purpose of the area is to make it available to residents and, above all, patients of the nearby hospital for rest and relaxation among the newly planted greenery. 2. Detailed Description of the Item The order is included in the design documentation consisting of: a) land development project with annexes, b) technical design, c) greenery development project, d) bill of quantities (only of an auxiliary nature), e) information regarding safety and health protection, f) technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works, which constitute Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, as well as in the draft provisions of the contract, which constitute Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 3.
