1. The subject of the order is the adaptation of the building of the Warsaw Crisis Intervention Center at ul. August 6, 1/5 to meet the needs of people with special needs by making and installing external stairs and ramps made of galvanized steel, dismantling the wings external doors along with forging aluminum and PVC door frames, dismantling the concrete pavement, making floor coverings with insulating layers, installing new single-leaf aluminum doors and supplying and installing a platform for people disabled.2. Design documentation (Description of the subject of the order) constitutes Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. The conditions for the execution of the order and the obligations of the Parties related to the execution of the order are specified in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement constituting an annex. No. 5 to SWZ.3. Wherever the Description of the subject of the order indicates trademarks, patents or origin, source or specific process that characterizes the products or services provided by a specific contractor, equivalent solutions are allowed.4.
