Adaptation of the building at ul. Kaszubska for the educational needs of children with disabilities 1. The subject of the order is the reconstruction, expansion and modernization of the school building for the needs of a special school along with the necessary connections and installations, parking lots, fire road and other land development and its full equipment necessary to perform the planned function. The construction of the facility in question will involve replacing the roof and re-dividing rooms in the building. Done there will be mechanical ventilation in the building and a new water connection. Sanitary and rainwater sewage systems provided through existing installation networks in the investment area. The school will be powered by an additional photovoltaic installation. The execution will stay also development of the area around the facility, including a multi-purpose sports field with a polyurethane surface and landscaped green areas. The scope of the task also includes the construction of a fence, a fire road and parking lots, as well as equipment for the facility was described in the design documentation.
