The subject of the order is the reconstruction, expansion and modernization of the school building for the needs of a special school along with the necessary connections and installations, parking lots, fire road and other land development as well as its full equipment. necessary to perform the planned function. The construction of the facility in question will involve replacing the roof and re-dividing rooms in the building. The building will be equipped with mechanical ventilation and a new water connection. Sanitary and storm sewage systems supplied through the installation networks existing in the investment area. The school will be powered by an additional photovoltaic installation. The area around the facility will also be developed, including a playground and a multi-purpose sports field with a surface polyurethane and landscaped green areas.
