Tender Details

1). The subject of the order is the performance of construction works as part of the task titled: Adaptation of the building for the needs of the memorial room in the commune of Mirzec, in the town of Osiny the CTL building co-financed by the European Funds Regional Program for the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship 20212027, Measure 6.4 Community-Led Local Development.2). The scope of the order includes renovation works in the building intended for the Chamber of Remembrance, in particular: - renovation of the building's facade by cleaning it, local repairs damage, priming and painting with silicone paints; - making a new decorative coating such as marmolite on the building's plinth; - repairing external stairs with replacing cladding, making leveling layers and installing finishing elements; - renovation of the driveway for people with disabilities by replacing the paving stone surface; - renovation of the wooden structure of the roof of the entrance to the building; - painting of balustrades and handrails; - renovation of rooms on the ground floor of the building, including, among others, demolition of existing floors i wall cladding, plaster repairs, damp-proof injections in walls, new floors and cladding...
