Part I Execution of construction works to adapt and change the use of the basement of the Municipal Health Center into an emergency shelter. The subject of the investment is the adaptation of the existing basement floor of the building of the Health Center in Czerwonka Wociaska, located in Czerwonka Wociaska 36A, on plot no. 324, to function as a place of emergency shelter. The designed function is periodic in nature and will be activated in emergency situations, without changing the basic method use of the entire building. The facility is a detached building with two above-ground floors and one underground floor. There is a Health Center on the ground floor, residential premises on the first floor, and rooms in the basement technical, economic, storage rooms, sanitary facilities, communication and garage. The structure of the underground part consists of massive concrete walls, and the ceiling above the basement is made of prefabricated Erasian hollow core slabs.
