As part of the modernization of its urban video surveillance network, the City of Ciney wishes to completely upgrade its current infrastructure, while guaranteeing its sustainability and scalability for years to come. THE This market aims to replace cameras that have become obsolete, with a modern and professional solution, scalable and compatible with the existing VMS, Genetec. The existing fleet includes cameras of various brands (Pelco, Axis etc.) installed between 2010 and 2022, distributed throughout the territory and connected to the City's MAN network via optical fiber or microwave link. This equipment is connected to switches of various brands (Planet, HP, Barox, Cisco, Meraki, etc.) placed in street boxes or in technical premises. The selected service provider must provide a complete solution including: • recovery and compatibility with all existing cameras, • proactive maintenance of the entire video surveillance network, • updating or replacement of obsolete equipment (switches, fibers, links, cameras, etc.), • migration to a 10 Gbits network architecture with integration of specific VLANs, • Installation of new cameras in well-defined locations. • Integration of direct switch management in Genetec • technical assistance, software updates and a structured SLA over 60 months.
