The subject of the order is the modernization of Plac Wolnoci in Nowe Skalmierzyce, together with the construction of a brine well and a bus shelter and its greening, in the area of plot no. 102. The subject of the order is the comprehensive implementation of the investment in the form of preparation of design documentation and its implementation under the "Design and Build" contract. Investment implementation is understood as carrying out all necessary work, starting from design work, approval of design documentation and obtaining a Decision. o Construction permit, execution of construction works and as-built documentation with geodetic inventory, obtaining a decision on the occupancy permit. As part of the construction works, a representative and recreational area with an area of approximately 2, 020 m2 should be subjected to modernization in the scope of liquidation of the fountain, construction of a bus shelter and small architectural objects.
