Tender are invited for The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to permit Parcel X, consisting of approximately 366, 748.26 square feet (ADA-72870) at Barrow Airport for five (5) years. Applicant: Brice, Inc. Annual rent: $137, 530.60 and any other associated fees. Authorized uses: non-aeronautical - Rock storage of four (4) different products consisting of 2-4-ton rock to small 3” aggregate, which may include fencing around stockpiles; Construction equipment storage consisting of rock trucks, loaders, excavators, pick-ups, side by sides and a survey boat (used to complete hydrographic survey); Storage of flats of tires and excavator boom. All construction equipment, construction supplies and rocks are in support of the Barrow Coastal Erosion Reduction Project.
