Tender are invited for The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to extend Lease ADA-07226 (Lot 4B, Block 1200), consisting of approximately 54, 750 square feet at the Kodiak Airport for an additional five (5) years. Applicant: Aviation Acquisition Group, LLC. Annual rent: $5, 940.38 and any other associated fees. Authorized uses: Aeronautical - Operation and maintenance of an office/hangar building; aircraft and vehicle parking; aircraft maintenance; passenger and freight loading/unloading; fuel storage, dispensing and sale of aviation fuel for Lessee and Sublessee use from two (2) 5, 000 gallon double walled, fire-rated tanks; all in support of Lessee's air taxi operations. Medical evacuations and short term crew quarters for temporary use including overnight and on-duty times.This is an application filed under AS 02.15.090(c), which allows the Department to grant the proposed lease term extension without competition.
