The object of the contract is to supply equipment and the development of applications for the creation of a smart city, focusing on the man and the environment in which the viable movements of all residents and visitors of the municipality are achieved and the optimal energy efficiency of its infrastructure, with the aim of reducing its environmental footprint. In addition, the aim of the municipality's digital strategy is to create a comprehensive framework for providing high quality services to everyone in various fields (eg entrepreneurship, consumer service and development of the local economy etc), as well as the creation of a high quality of life in an environment of open, transparent processes that protects residents, the environment and entrepreneurship while constantly enhancing its digital identity. In particular, in the context of developing actions and Applications for the digital transformation of D. Ierapetra will be implemented:
1) Supply and installation of intelligent pedestrians and disabled.
2) New Technology Lamps Interconnection in Central Management Center
3) Organizing Movement Office and Management of Municipal Fleet vehicle
4) Smart Energy Management Systems of Municipal and School Buildings
