The scope of work includes in particular: a) preparation of the area, marking out the location of the devices, making spot excavations and foundations, delivery and installation of playground equipment, educational and recreational activities, installation of small architecture elements, construction of a wooden fence with a gate, construction and reconstruction of a grass surface and tidying up the area after completion of the works. b) Obtaining the necessary documents from the confirmatory inspection compliance of the playground or surface with the PN-EN 1176 or 1177 Standards. The devices must have all certificates and approvals to ensure safety of use and compliance with construction standards and regulations: 1) PN-EN 1176 and PN-EN 1177 Standards.2) Regulation (EU) 2023/988 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 10 May 2023 on the general safety of the so-called GPSR.3) Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of April 12, 2002 on the technical conditions to be met by buildings and their location.
