The subject of the order is the supply of assortment defined in accordance with Art. 2 points 12-13 of the regulation (EU) 2019/881 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 April 2019 on ENISA (European Union Agency for Cybersecurity) and cybersecurity certification for information and communication technologies and repealing the Regulation (EU) No 526/2013 (Cybersecurity Act): •ICT product means an element or group of elements of a network or information systems, •ICT service means a service consisting wholly or mainly of transmitting, storing, retrieving or processing information via networks and IT systems, and •ICT process means a set of activities performed to design, develop, deliver or maintain ICT products or ICT services, i.e. in particular - System purchase and implementation email, including necessary equipment, licenses and services, including: A.
